Today the school organised a variety of activities for the students. We raised money for Pakistan and tried to make our students aware that they can contribute and make a difference. See pictures.

Year 6 (5.trinn) and Year 9 (8.trinn) particiapted in the National Test conducted by Norway's Ministry of Education in September 2008. The students were tested in Maths, English and Reading (Norwegian).
The Birralee students did very well in these tests and VG, one of Norway's biggest newspaper, even called Birralee "The best school in Norway"! Read more...

The Parent-Teacher conferences for children in Y3-Y8
will take place this week from Tuesday to Thursday. The conference with the class teacher will take place in the classroom. Conferences with subject teachers will take place in the Administration Building (2nd floor). All mother tongue teaching will take place in the Year 2 classroom (3rd floor).

Birralee sends its congratulations to Oliver Udbye from Year 8. Oliver participated in the
Norwegian Championships in Gymnastics last week. He is the new National Champion
