April 2010

Year 5 were so inspired by Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory that
they decided to write to Nidar Sjokoladefabrikk. To their big surprise, they
were invited
to a tour of the factory.

We went around the classes on Friday morning at the Primary School to take
some snapshots. On this picture Year 8 are working on their sculptures in
Design and Technology.

Year 7 were enjoying their music lesson.

Year 6 had Norwegian. They were looking for new books in the school library.

Year 5 were taking notes. They were preparing for the pasta they were going
to make on Monday.

Year 4 had to make a 3D-model using a 2D plan.

Year 3 students were sharing their stories.

Year 2 were practising their phonics.

Year 1t were learning about the body.

A new baby brother was born in Year 1s. The children were therefore listening
to a story about new arrivals in families.

Reception Class were working on their letters. Here they painted Dippy
Duck from Letterland. He says: D-D-D-D-D-D.
