Team Coordinators

We are looking for a Team Coordinator for our IPC Team (Year 1-Year 5), IMYC Team (Year 6-Year 8) and IGCSE Team (Year 9-Year 10). 

This position is initially a one year engagement and will be combined with teaching in the appropriate year group and/or subject area.

The successful candidate will:

Special Needs Coordinator

Stillingsbeskrivelse

Ved Birralee skole har vi for perioden 1. august 2020 - 31. juli 2021 ledig et vikariat i 100% stilling for spesialpedagog. Vi søker en tydelig og positiv spesialpedagog, med evne og vilje til tett samarbeid med lærere og andre ansatte, noe som innbefatter fleksibilitet og kreativitet. Til stillingen tilligger funksjon som spesialpedagogisk koordinator. Stillingen er tillagt 50% administrative oppgaver og 50% spesialpedagogisk undervisning på ulike trinn. Skolen har 270 elever og ligger i Trondheim sentrum.


Arbeidsoppgaver

  • Leder for spes. ped. på skolen.

  • Forberede og lede fagteam

  • Sørge for og koordinere veiledning av skolens personale når det gjelder ulike utfordringer hos barn og eventuelle henvisninger til BFT

  • Veilede lærere i forhold til tilpasset opplæring og spesialundervisning.

  • Gjennomføre kartlegging av lese- og skrivevansker, LOGOS sertifisert.

  • Veilede kontaktlærere vedrørende utarbeidelse og oppfølging av årsrapporter og IOP.

  • Legge til rette for overføring av informasjon når elever med spesialpedagogiske tiltak starter ved skolen eller flytter til en annen skole.
     

Kvalifikasjoner

  • Godkjent lærerutdanning samt høyere utdanning innenfor spesialpedagogikk er fordelaktig

  • Søkere må ha god systemforståelse og kunne jobbe i et inkluderende perspektiv

Office Assistant

We are looking for the right candidate to take on the role of Office Assistant. The Office Assistants supports the day-to-day running of the School Office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents and the general public. The Office Assistant works closely with the Office Administrator and the School Leadership to provide clerical support where needed.

This is a role that would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-pace working environment.

Your responsibilities:

  • To maintain contact with the general public and parents: answering questions and giving out factual information

  • To conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents

  • To provide administrative support for the Leadership Team

Your skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Adobe, Google Apps

This is a 50% permanent position starting 01.06.2020.
