Courage Day at Middle School

Today is MOT-Dagen (Courage to Care Day) at Middle School. The day is packed with fun activities, all based on MOT's three values:

• Courage to live

• Courage to care

• Courage to say no

MOT is a youth and society builder. MOT strengthens youth's robustness, quality of life, mental health, awareness and courage. MOT prevents exclusion, bullying, violence, alcohol and drug abuse, crime and mental problems. What makes MOT unique is MOT's brand, the programmes, the enthusiasts and that youth use MOT in their own way. MOT's initiators are the former Norwegian top athletes Atle Vårvik and Johann O. Koss.
