The authorities have sent out a red alert warning for storm/hurricane Ingunn which will hit parts of Trøndelag from Wednesday evening. At the moment, the worst part of the storm is expected between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.
It is advised not to go outside when the storm is at its worst as roof tiles and other coverings may be blown off houses and buildings. Power supply and public transport may also be effected by the storm.
A decision with regards to a possible school and kindergarten closure in Trondheim on Thursday will be taken on Wednesday by the kommune.
