Our Year 6 classes had a great time at Bocuse d'Or yesterday!
The Year 6 students were invited to come and support Team UK and Team Finland and they took their job very seriously.
There were also many opportunities for taste testing. The students also had a chance to hear some Sami joiking in a lavvo, and prepare some dishes themselves. All around a very inspiring day that they will not soon forget!
Year 6B screamed themselves hoarse while cheering on the United Kingdom. As it turns out, it takes quite a long time to spell out United Kingdom in a chant, but that did not stop the students from chanting it several times.
Spirits were also high in Team Finland (Year 6a) !
