About the position

Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00  

Type: 100% substitute position to cover a leave

We are looking for someone who:

We are looking for the right candidate to take on the key role of Office Administrator.
The Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day running of the School’s Back Office. The Office Administrator works closely with the School Leadership to provide clerical support where needed.
This is a role that would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

​

  • General office work

  • Processing applications to join the school

  • Ordering office supplies and school materials

  • Processing incoming invoices

  • Invoicing

  • Updating and maintaining the school’s various databases and computer systems

  • To provide administrative support for the Leadership Team

  • ​

Knowledge of Vigilo and/or Visma would be advantageous.
 

​

Qualifications/Skills
 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Adobe, Google Workspace

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects

  • Ability to work independently

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer-service oriented

Salary and benefits

The position is paid as an assistant according to the latest Hovedtariffoppgjøret (KS). The person hired will normally be paid from 386.000 to 523.100 NOK per year (for a full time position) depending on qualifications and seniority.

​

A 2% contribution to the Pension Fund is deducted from the salary.
