A colourful day at Birralee

Today, students came to school dressed in their house colours: red, blue, green and yellow. It was lovely to see all four houses represented across the school!

Our houses help students feel part of a team beyond their own class. They bring students of different ages together and encourage friendship, teamwork and a shared sense of belonging.

The houses add excitement to events throughout the year. On Sports Day and other special occasions, students compete for their houses, cheer one another on and celebrate their achievements. Everyone can contribute, whether by taking part, encouraging others or showing great sportsmanship.

Every student belongs to one of our four houses, and siblings are placed in the same house. For many families, their house colour becomes something they can share and cheer for together.
