In November of 2021, Trondheim Symphony Orchestra and Opera held open auditions for their upcoming production of Tosca by Puccini. Out of 80 children from across the county, 20 were selected and four of those are students from Birralee.
The students have been rehearsing weekly since December and the production has its premiere on Wednesday 23rd March, there will be four performances at Olavshallen in the coming weeks with the Orchestra and Choir under the direction of Han-Na Chang.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our students and they have had glowing feedback from the production staff about their commitment and dedication during the rehearsal process.
