Celebrating World Book Day

Last Friday, the IPC students and staff dressed up as their favorite book character to celebrate World Book Day. The event was organised by the students of the Mini Student Council.

Reasons why we celebrated World Book Day this way:

Promote Reading: It encourages students to engage with books.

Creativity and Imagination: Dressing up allows students to express their creativity and imagination. It gives them a chance to bring their favorite characters to life.

Discussion and Engagement: It creates opportunities for discussions about the books and the characters, both in class and at home, helping students to share their thoughts and recommendations with their peers and parents. Hopefully inspiring our students to read new books.

Community Spirit: Participating in a themed event fosters a sense of community and belonging among students.

Fun and Enjoyment: Ultimately, it’s a fun way to celebrate books and storytelling, making learning more enjoyable!
