Step by Step: Ms. Jones Walks for Ataxia UK this Easter

Good luck to our own Ms Jones, who will be walking the West Highland Way in Scotland this Easter Holiday to raise money for Ataxia UK.

In November, Ms Jones's 9 year old niece received a diagnosis of a rare form of ataxia. Ataxia is a genetic neurodegenerative disease which impacts muscle control. Ataxia UK raises money which goes to support families affected by ataxia and to research a potential cure one day.

The West Highland Way is a 153km trek with a total ascent of 4312m. Ms Jones aims to complete the full trek in one week!

If any of the Birralee families would like to support the cause, they are welcome to visit the Just Giving page here

Good luck, Ms Jones, you can do it!
