As you may have read in the newspaper, there is currently a lack of rapid tests available in Trondheim / Norway. Many tests have been ordered by the Norwegian Health Authorities, but it is unsure when they will arrive.
Schools in Trondheim will not be able to continue to send home tests with classes that have been in contact with a person who has tested positive. However, we will continue to inform you if your child has possibly been exposed to Covid-19 at school.
Students can continue to come to school, even if a classmate has tested positive, as long as they feel fine and have no symptoms.
Students who develop symptoms should stay home and get tested at Leuthenhavn or at the Tiller Test Station.
