Year 4 have been researching the negative effects of blue lights and what can be done to counteract it. Year 5 have been out in the community to do reseach and raise awareness of excess consumpion of energy in public buildings.
Both classes were invited to present their findings at NTNU's Most Fair yesterday.
The MOST project is a European wide research project in which Birralee has been a partner for two years. MOST aims to create meaningful science education for students in schools by establishing partnerships between schools and their local communities (families, educational institutions, residents, businesses, etc.). The aim is to create a better connection between schools and practice, and also between research and practice.
