Year 9 in Oslo for Prize Ceremony

The Year 9 students proudly attended the prestigious Holmboe Prize ceremony, organised by The Norwegian Mathematical Council, in Olso yesterday.

They celebrated their exceptional achievement in winning the national final of the Ungeabel Maths Competition. The ceremony not only recognized their hard work and dedication but also inspired them to continue pursuing excellence in mathematics.

After the ceremony, they visited the Abel Memorial Monument together with Professor Masaki Kashiwara. The Japanese mathematician and professor who was awarded the Abel Prize 2025 for his fundamental contributions to algebraic analysis and representation theory.
